On March 5, 2006 Bishop Trevor Nathaniel Morris founded the Faith Church of Jesus Christ on the Rock Apostolic.
Mission
The Church has grown since from four (4)members to an estimated weekly attendance of over 100 people meeting in the various programs of the church.
The church was able to acquire property in St. Catherine and the facility there was dedicated in December 2006.
Bishop Trevor Morris’s vision was that The Faith Church of Jesus Christ On The Rock Apostolic Church, being on a hill overlooking Windsor Heights, would be a light to the children of God in the community, the country and around the world.
As the number of members in the congregation grew, Bishop Trevor Morris started to build a foundation for the temporary church building from his pocket funds, himself being a builder, unsupported by any other church effort (financially) outside his own efforts.
In January 2010, the membership of the Church of God in Christ Jesus Apostolic church located at 3 Burke Road voted to deny the Faith Church Of Jesus Christ On The Rock Apostolic church's affiliation with the group of Apostolic Churches under their supervision. An exodus saw an estimated ten (10) people leaving the church and the Sunday services were reduced to three (3) the first Sunday after they left.
Bishop Morris’s action was not a reaction to conflict but a response to a call. He said that he felt called to create a network that helps other networks thrive — to be one of many ongoing catalysts in this continuing Pentecostal Apostolic Revival in Jamaica and around the world.
Bishop Morris said that our call feels unique enough theologically and practically from the call on the other apostolic churches, wherein the gift of prophesy is also evident and manifestation seen. Bishop Morris believes that God wants the old time religion to be in operation in the apostolic churches. He said that this change is appropriate especially in these perilous times.
In February 2010, Bishop Trevor Morris invited Prophetess Nadine Brown to preach and prophesy to the congregation.
Nadine Brown only had one stipulation before she started to preach in the church which was that the message would always be about repentance, revival, Prophesy, speaking positive things into people’s lives using the Words of Faith and that the subject of revival crusade and prophesy would never change.
By the next three weeks after the ten (10) left the church because they were never interested in the message Prophetess Brown-Morris preached however a revival broke out in 2012-2013 and The Faith Church of Jesus Christ on the Rock Apostolic saw rapid church growth thereafter due to the said revival message brought by the Prophetess.
In November, 2012, the Church building had to be expanded for the first time to meet the growing seating needs of the grown congregation. The application was then made for The Faith Church Of Jesus Christ On The Rock Apostolic to become incorporated as a stand alone Apostolic Church under the leadership of Bishop, Trevor Morris and Pastor Nadine Brown-Morris and others (et el).
Nadine Brown received nearly unanimous approval by the congregation and the church board. What believers consider to be a supernatural revival began to break out shortly after Nadine's arrival. People in the congregation began believing shortly after manifestations of the power of God began happening during church services.
As the community began to hear of deliverance and the prophesying taking place the congregation began to grow.

Bishop Trevor Morris is greatly involved in The Faith Church Of Jesus Christ On The Rock Apostolic in the Word of Faith movement and have been invited by Churches Across the island of Jamaica and around the world to speak as a Senior Prophet, Pastor and Bishop.
To become the Leading End Time Apostolic Training Church Globally preaching & Teaching the Apostolic doctrine.The Faith Church Of Jesus Christ On The Rock Apostolic is a charismatic church that was established in Jacob Crescent, St. Catherine Jamaica, West Indies as an Apostolic Church congregation on March 5, 2006.
Together they brought to the marriage six children, three girls, three boys two of whom are American Soldiers while one of the girls is a trained Pastor and a trained Social Worker with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work, currently Pastoring a church alongside her husband who also is a Pastor and a Banker. The other girls and boy are currently in school and are also members involved in the work of the church.
